Submitting music to Warming Sun Music for publication consideration

We accept unsolicited music submissions from composers who are seeking a publisher. We are looking for original concert band, choral, jazz and small ensemble arrangements. We do not need solo piano, lead sheets (single vocal and piano accompaniment) or orchestral compositions at this time. 

If you have music that you feel might fit our needs, please send the following:

1.A cover letter with your name, address, phone, fax, and email address, also listing the title(s) of the music you are submitting.

2.Full score file, in Finale or .PDF format, for each title you are submitting. Please do not send any parts.

3.Recording of each title you are submitting. A “live” performance in MP3 format is preferable; synthesized renditions created from Finale are also acceptable.

Materials should be sent to warmingsunmusic@gmail.com. Please do not submit materials via any other delivery method. For larger audio files you may send them via the SendThisFile window below. This works well for larger audio files. The password is berklee.

All submissions will be reviewed as soon as possible. Sometimes this process takes several weeks so please be understanding. We review all materials sent. Please review our mission statement before you submit to assure that you are aligned with our publishing vision.
