Hats For Houses is a family owned and operated Queensland roofing business which was founded by Geoff and Jean Finegan in 2002. We specialise in residential and commercial roofing,asbestos removal, insurance work, patios and carports. Our clients include builders, handymen, home-owners and insurance companies.Our office is based in Woodford and we operate throughout South East Qld encompassing the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Somerset and Chinchilla.
Our roofing division specialises in new metal roofing for new and existing houses and units, commercial buildings and warehouses. We also supply and install decramastic roofing, fascia and gutter, insulation, gutter protection, skylights, wind vents and many other ancillary products.
‘Asbestos To Go’ is the registered business name for our asbestos removal division. This division specialises in the removal of asbestos roofing, wall cladding, soffits, internal asbestos and more. All of our removalists are fully licenced and comply with all relevant WH&S regulations. We also provide an independent clearance certificate at the completion of each job.
We are a preferred repairer for several insurance companies and we have many years of experience in theinsurance repair industry. We specialise in roof reports, emergency make-safes, storm damage, hail damage and asbestos damage repairs. We undertake repairs in a professional and timely manner to ensure our customers’ homes are back to normal as quickly as possible.
As an authorised Stratco Outback Dealer and Builder, we specialise in a wide range of patios, carports, decks, fencing and other Stratco products. We look after the whole process from start to finish including council approval, supply and installation, engineering, concrete slabs, timber decks, lighting, fans and more.
We are registered with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Assosciation so you can rest assured that we are not a fly-by-night company. We also offer a 7 year warranty against faulty workmanship and all jobs over $3300 for homeowners are covered by BSA insurance.
