Individual and Family sessions:

Fees vary based on insurance deductible and benefits. My full fee is $175-$250/session.

After a brief phone consultation (5-15 mins), an appointment may be scheduled for an initial meeting and assessment. I will provide intake forms to be completed prior to the first session.

Insurance: 

I am an approved provider for

 Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Once one's deductible is met, insurance co-pays typically fall between $25-$60/session. Of course this depends on the specifics of your plan. 

Other insurance option includes out-of-network reimbursement. Full fee is expected at time of service. Client submits claim to insurance company for reimbursement. (Please check reimbursement rates with your insurance provider)

If insurance is not being utilized, full fee is expected at time of payment via cash, check and credit card. 

 

Referrals: If I am not able to meet your needs, I will always do my best to provide referrals to trusted colleagues, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, hospitals and/or community agencies. I am here to help.
